Super fast

You can't beat a solid state drive. Dont get it if you like your m2 drives because this has an NVMe. Easy to open case for those that want to modify. Has room to expand memory which I jumped to 16 GB of memory in less than 5 mins if you are familiar with working on laptops.

Solid state convenience plus bells and whistles

Walked into a Best Buy to review in-stock possibilities. This covered what I was considering plus some additions, have been happy. Fingerprint sign-on sometimes makes me use a pin but that was helped by a quick visit to the Geek Squad.

Great Laptop

Love the functionality of this upgraded model and the processing speed. Would highly recommend this. Only downfall is the lack of DVD-ROM; however, that can be easily fixed with a standalone drive. Love the Type-C ports and SSD drive.

Purchased a laptop computer

Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We had a need to contact Best Buy when we got home to set up a printer and mouse. Best Buy Technicans accomplished both tasks very quickly. The laptop meets all of our needs and we are very satisfied.

Lightweight & Responsive

I don't play games or anything and it's perfect for me. The only negative I could see down the road is that I believe it could scuffer scratch easily but they do sell cases to snap-on.

It allows me to work on split screen I can work on 4 things at once. Having the ability to flip it and use it as a tablet is great when walking around with clients. The only down fall is it’s a bit heavy when walking around with in hand as a tablet but other than that I would recommend

The pen is precise and when I rest my hand or forearm on the screen when writing with the pen the wiring only stays where the tip of the pen is at. It’s amazing with a sleek design!
