There are good features to the HP Envy laptop but I don't think I would purchase another one. It takes too long to turn on and you have to hold down the button FOREVER! I don't think I've ever had a laptop that you had to do that for so long before initiating start up. Also, it bent easily. I carried the laptop with one hand with some books and documents on top and it slightly bent it. Yes, it is very thin and would seem like a good attribute but just don't put much pressure on it. Since this has happened, my mouse pad does not work and I had to purchase a portable mouse. Additionally, there is only two USB ports. That is a negative for my business needs. I will make sure on my next laptop, there are more ports.

We bought this laptop to replace an aging one that was not holding WiFi connection. It got to a point where I was losing information because of the constant WiFi disconnect. I have the HP now for a month and it’s working good so far. I especially like the weight of the laptop, it’s so easy to carry around.

After 2 laptops of another brand, I decided to give an HP a try. It has all I was looking for—easy to use and calculator style number pad. The keys are the perfect placement, which eliminates extra typos. I like the quick response in opening and processing applications. All this at a reasonable price.

The computer is nice, the camera is a disappointment. for the price I would have thought it would be better. I wanted a Solid State drive and this had a 512gb at a good price. I have only had it for a few weeks and had to take the first one back for an exchange so we will see.

I compared laptops online at first and decided to go to my local Best Buy to find out more in person. The employees were great and help me decide on the HP Envy. I really like the look of the HP and I really enjoy having the 2-1 option. Plenty of GBs and runs great with AutoCad 2020.

The functionality of this laptop is amazing. I use this mostly for school work and it has everything I need to get my work done. The speaker system is great and the ability to flip the screen flat has come in handy more that I thought it would.

Good collegiate performance computer expected for use through four years with digit artwork capability. Good ergonomic keyboard and touch screen. Don't love right/left touch pad combo , better if separated, single point failure

I have been using HP Pavillion laptop for the past 12 years and I am still using it for personal use. This laptop is for my business use only. I am in general very happy with HP laptop. This laptop is a lot lighter, slick and very user friendly in terms of both hardware input and software.

I went back to school in the spring of 2020. Right before the pandemic really the hit the states bad. All of my classes were moved to online. This HP held up beautifully. Now that the fall semester has started I have no doubts that it will continue to do so.

Awesome display, lots of memory and very fast! This computer is used mainly for graphic design, but has also replaced our old household PC. I'm new to Mac, and it's been very easy to transition. There's a helpful tutorial as well that helps newbies like myself. So glad I purchased this.

Everything is fine except for the Win program for driver updates. Keeps popping up on screen that some drivers out of date. However it is a program you have to pay for and it should not even been installed on the laptop

I would give it a 4.5 so far, tough to say because I haven't gotten real familiar with it yet. Sometimes my fingers drag over the keys causing the cursor omputer to drag to a different spot on the page.

Sales person was excellent and guided us to this computer for my son’s Senior year in HS. He also knew that college use was important, so he didn’t over sell but got us into a broad range computer for our needs. VERY impressed with bang Olfsen speakers and level of processor

Computer is good product. OneDrive instructions are not the best for following and understanding. Issues with the HP support and wanting to constantly have us restart the computer. Still working on troubleshooting this. Otherwise, computer is doing well.

HP Envy lives up to its name - I wish I had had this model throughout undergrad as well! Everything is impressively smooth and clear. My only complaint so far is that sometimes when I put it to "sleep," my apps close out as if I had shut the device down.

The HP Envy is an exceptional product. It answers all my needs when working from home. Good value for the money and paying or coverage from the Geek Squad is essential. I have gone to them 3 times since the end of June and all issues were resolved quickly and accurately!

I am so happy with this purchase. I needed a new computer fast, as my old one had died on me. I went into Best Buy and spoke with an employee who convinced me to get this one and I love it. I am an online graduate student so a sturdy, reliable computer was crucial.

We bought this for everyday use around the house and to take some online courses. We wanted something that would boot up fast and be ready to go. This is an awesome laptop! The speakers work well. The touch screen is great. We could not be happier with our purchase.

I bought this laptop to replace my desktop which is 11 years old. It loads things so faster than I thought it would and so far have been able to set up a wireless mouse, external dvd and a wireless printer. The picture is wonderful. So glad that I chose this laptop.

Compared to my last laptop, a 2013 Toshiba it's a world of difference. Boots up quick, tablet mode works well and is convenient whenever I want to use it. Responsive, solid keyboard and touchpad. Good display and no issues as of yet to report.
