This has been the best computer I have ever owned. It does get hot in the battery area... and wouldn’t turn on a few times.. but if I don’t let it run out of battery it’s great. I’ve had it for a year. I teach ESL online with it.

We feel very comfortable using our new HP. Everything seems to be transferred from the old laptop and we are getting comfortable using it every day. So fat so good, but we feel very confident your people can help us with any problems that may come up.

2nd time turning it on got the blue error shut down screen. Thankfully it has been working good other than a 2nd blue screen. Only complaints are the glare on the screen during the day. And it does not get bright enough in full daylight.

Works as expected. Had bad experience with HP screens previously. However, this model seems to be totally different. It’s worth the money featuring tablet mode and laptop mode.

I've been using HP laptops and desktops since 2000. This one has been good, but I think it suffers from the Windows 10 operating system (meaning if it was running Windows 7 it would be a way better computer).

It’s not that easy switching between tablet and laptop mode and the touch screen isn’t always calibrated right, but I’m happy with it and it’s been helpful in school. A bit heavy in my backpack though when I’m walking across campus

Nice laptop. Works well. Wish the keyboard had black letters. The white are really hard to see. Didn’t really notice it at the store. But come night time it gets tougher to see. Other than that I like it.

As I said, like my computer but don’t know how to use it. Because I didn’t pay more for the lessons, I’m having a hard time. I am a senior lady with few computer skills and no money left after buying the computer for lessons.

This is not my computer. it was purchased for my daughter and I know she loved it right from the start. It was a huge update from her previous laptop that was several years old. She uses it daily and to my knowledge she is very happy with it.

Very sleek and professional design by hp. The features are so good. I am a hp fan from the beginning. My madness for hp enhance much more than before. Gorgeous outlook and super fast laptop so far I bought. One of my favorite tech companion.

I'm on my new laptop now, I love hp. It's just easy, the website is great, good products, I think this is my fourth HP laptop. Custom configuring Laptop was easy and clear.

I use it for school, working on adobe creative suite, and light gaming. It works great, I recommend buying a mouse though if you are gonna use it for the same programs because the touchpad is kind of frustrating. It been good to me so far.

Nice laptop. Purchased it for my daughter going off to college. The keypad was one of the selling points for her. Processor seems pretty good, although we thought the speed would be a little faster. Nice screen resolution.

Since I retired, I needed to buy a laptop to do my work at home. I wanted a HP laptop, light (slim) with all the latest applications. Best Buy staff assisted me with all information I needed on their available laptops (Tucson, AZ Store).

I don't typically write review, but i have to recommend this HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1. It's touch screen is very responsive, the keyboard and all the edges are solid. The computer boot up in seconds and the sound output is great.

My son needed a computer for college. We shopped around and he decided on the HP-Envy. He says it allows him to complete the work he needs to finish for his classes and he can still use it for odds and ends.

Love this computer! Had Best Buy Tech remove the light, purple back light, as it was hard for me to see the keys if I needed to look at any! Otherwise, perfect computer for me!

Everything is cool, just for the battery life that the big issue supposed to last from 7 to 11 hours, but honestly last 3 hours and 3:30 in saving mode. So that's not good. But on everything else amazing

After being out of college for 12 years, I have decided to go back. I needed a laptop for school. This laptop is perfect! It has everything I could need plus more. I am not very tech savvy. This laptop is very user friendly!

This laptop is great for students because your able to write your notes and its very flexible. The only down side is if you shut the laptop it will turn off sometimes and you have to wait to boot it up again.
