The only mark against the laptop is it is difficult to view the keys in bright light. I wish the keys could have been black with white lettering. The F keys are hard to see. I am not a typist. The computer is all that I need.

My computer had crashed, so I decided to buy a new one. I have been using HP computers for several years, so I did it again. This one is much faster start up and usage than any of the others I have had.

I love my hp envy! It works well with programs like Lightroom and photoshop. I am able to work on both programs at the same time. Good for Photographers in the go!

I wanted a large laptop with full keyboard with number pad and touchscreen. This looked like the best option that met my needs. The system is responsive and I like the screen. This has enough storage for my needs.

This computers fingerprint security is really neat but it has unexpectedly shut down and I lost all of my documents that I had saved in file explorer. I just always back things up with google docs now.

Good size bright screen which is pretty big as well. Light. Looks good. Battery life is good so far. Easy to put in my back pack. I like the silver color. Bang and Olubson speakers are a plus,

Great pc. Fast boot, powerful and light. Looks really good and it has a number pad. Windows 10 takes some getting used to and the power button is in a odd place, but I'm really please with my first HP computer.

Haven't owned my new laptop yet a month. Maybe ask me again in six months. I'm still getting used to it. However, so far, everything is going smoothly and the Geek Squad agents have been most helpful and friendly.

I love this computer. Vibrant colors, well lite background on the keyboard, and ease of use. The tablet is exceptional and easy to use. Long battery life and very light weight.

Fast computer processing but had a slow time downloading some programs I needed and use all the time. Not sure if the virus protector interferring with this. Once got programs in works great!

We’ve purchased HP laptops in the past and they have lasted several years before needing to be replaced. I expect this to do the same. Set up was quick and easy, even for someone who is not computer savvy.

I needed a basic laptop for school but wanted some extras available if I wanted. The start up time is super fast! I have not had the time to play around much with it, but the basic functions work great!

I really like this laptop as it’s quick and easy to use Wish the keyboard lit up though as working on it at night you need to have a light to see keyboard

Great computer for work and home office. This one does. Ot come with the HP pen, so if you are wanting to utilize it to it's full potential from the start, you will have to purchase one separately.

Love this laptop! Very light and easy to carry. It is also very easy to use and setup. I love that it can be setup to be used as a laptop and is very flexible for comfort of the user.

Overall this is a good laptop that I purchased at a good deal. I did have two return the first two of these laptops due to equipment failure, but the third one has functioned well without incident.

I am liking this laptop more and more every day. Have been able to do almost everything I was doing on my old one. This new one is so much faster!!

I purchased this computer and it worked great for a couple of weeks then the screen went black. Turns out the hard drive had to be replaced.

Favorite laptop ever owned and the least expensive! So far I have not encountered any issues. All of the other laptops and computers I've ever owned have had problems.

Haven't had it for long, but my 16yr son loves it!! He loves the option that he can completely fold over and use as a tablet and watch his Netflix. Slim enough to carry with him to school.
