I purchased to use for my online school. Everything has worked the way it's supposed to and I have had zero issues. Overall good product.

The keyboard is easy to see and use, and I like having a keypad for entering numbers. Excellent screen. And as a portable computer, it's light but tough.

The best laptop I've ever owned. I've always purchased the lower end laptops and I'm so glad I decided to go ahead and purchase higher end laptop.

Great computer but certain features not easy to find. Had issues but computer fixed itself. Not great to have issues in less than a month.

This laptop is sleek with a great display. The nine key is my favorite part as I have a lot of accounting work that I have to do on a regular bases.

Lenovo works fine. I just need help using it.. I'm not used to Windows 10 either & things keep jumping around.,, why? HP Envy was the previous laptop..

I hate the white lettering on this computer. Even though it's backlighted, the lettering is difficult to see. On the back it has two strips to keep it from sliding while you work. Both have come off and Geek Squad said it is cosmetic. IT IS NOT COSMETIC. It keeps the computer from sliding. Howevr, Geek Squad said it was not covered under my warranty. I'm not a happy camper!!!

I have been waiting to replace my old dead Dell computer. Love how quick it boots up and the clarity of the screen. I would definitely recommend it.

The computer is of great quality! I like the design and how sturdy the device is, however I would have liked the display to be more vivid.

So far, so good. Its had a couple errors but was able to clear them up. I have enjoyed it. Hopefully it will last for several years.

Very powerfull and light. Nice for everyday tasks. Microsoft office does not come pre installed so you’ll have to buy that seperately.

Needed new home computer and needed flexibility to be remote. Life this HP and the ability for flexibility of equipment as laptop and tablet in one.

Great machine for getting college work done. Decent processing speed for the price and runs well with Microsoft office installed.

Didn’t need a ton of storage space but I needed to be able to write reports and access multiple web pages without lagging. This does the job.

I love this computer, and user friendly too!! I love how fast and responsive the computer is. I like the thumbprint feature for security too.

This machine works quickly and efficiently. The Windows Home Edition with S Mode is the most obnoxious thing, but there are ways around it.

This is a good entry level Laptop with a lot of nice features. I did return this because for a couple hundred more I got the HP specter x360.

Purchased laptop, monitor, headset and mics. components. service desk and sales associates were very knowledgeable and helpful.
