    I hate to give this laptop a bad review because it had everything I needed - sufficient number of usb ports, operating speed was super quick, great amount of space for files, etc. - and I've been an HP Envy fan for the past 5 years with my previous laptop being an older model. But I purchased three of these HP Envy laptops over a three week span and had to return all three. Each had a flaw in the operating system where after only a few days of working perfectly I received the following error message: "Boot System not found. Please install an operating system on your hard drive." I am extremely disappointed with the flaw in this new HP Envy model, especially since I have been unable to find an alternate brand that fits my needs as nicely.
