The computer satisfies all my needs and then some.

I love the unit but had considerable problems with it necessitating (3) very inconvenient returns to the store and the geek squad to get things straightened out . This leaves me with concern that something else might go wrong.

It's a decent clunker when it works but it has times when it doesn't want to cut on nor work. Thought it would have been an excellent choice but i'm victim to it when it feels like working.

1st purchase resulted in the HP Envy being returned to Bestbuy. HP laptop did not turn on. Possible battery issue. Best Buy was very good with their customer service and replaced it with a brand new laptop, same model. The replacement laptop had a defective screen. Screen was very dark. The Bestbuy sales person could not determine cause. Replaced this HP Envy with a Lenovo Yoga laptop. This laptop has been working great since it was removed from it’s box. I’ve never had an issue with HP as I have owned an HP desktop/monitor/printer and used HP systems at work. This particular laptop changed my mind about HP. Maybe it was bad luck. Who knows.

I love the fact that this is touchscreen and a 360. However, I had intermittent issues, such as it rebooting if I touch the screen wrong sometimes or weird sounds when it's been in table mode and I have it turned all the way around to use it like a monitor. It also ended up with the blue screen of death. I replaced the hard drive but issues continued.

Wish we had better support. We bought the geek squad support but when I called they said to look it up online. I still dont have my printer set up.

Have been using a computer with a 17 inch screen for years. Found this machine too narrow, resulting in my typing with the wrong keys quite frequently. Also, the computer is so thin that I ended up bending my hands back while using it on my lap, resulting in numbness and pain in my hands. A very fast and capable machine, but not ergonomically right for me.

Bought this for a family member and the cooling fan went three weeks after the return time was up for Best Buy which was one month and three weeks after purchase!!! Really??? Now I have to go through HP to try and get it fixed. I have purchased so many computers and electronics through Best Buy and get a lemon and they won't do right by this one. I spent over 3000 dollars this one weekend. Very disappointed in a loyal customer's treatment.

it a good computer but has a fatal flaw. it may stop working out of the blue so bug i think this is the seconded one due to worrenty
