Looks great! Average performance.. A. It disappointed at the performance. But only had for a few weeks.

I bought it in store but I had to return as it will not turn on. Best buy gave the exact same model which was working well but only find out the webcam was not working when I needed to do video-conference. Geek Squad attempted to fix it but couldn't and they advised it has to be sent back to manufacturer. Not impressed at all with price tag on it.

The HP was purchase for my work. There is nothing special about the computer. Basic for what I need.

When I first got this laptop it was having problems like not scrolling, bringing up a blue screen and restarting, and getting stuck in the restart screen so I had to hard shut it down. Also there were times where the laptop was charged but wouldn't turn on! It sometimes took me over 20 minutes to turn it on! So i exchanged it for another laptop.....and i shouldn't have. I am having the same issues and even worse with this new one and it waited until after the 2 week return period to start having problems so now I am stuck with it..... great. It's been 3 months and I have tried many things to fix it.. and nothing.. Don't do it.

This is very good laptop for students. I use it most of it just for my achool and it is really good

It seems like there is an issue in these related to fastbooting. If you close the laptop and out it to sleep it crashed when you reopened it. This was a replacement of a previous we had purchased which do the same thing. After I returned it a friend of mine told me he disabled the fastboot in his and no longer had this issue. Otherwise, solid.

Works OK. Pretty slow. Hard to read keyboard. Nice look. Gets dirty and smudgy really easily.

I wanted an up to date easy flow no trial period app. I am half to blame for not being prepared going in. My previous laptop was basically cleaned and scanned for viruses. It is outdated. When I found out I could get what I need for $300-$400 I again was disappointed. Never will get or recommend best buy for anything. _QUIT sending me adds!!!

Had to bring it back.. Didn’t like it for what I need a laptop to do..

The hard drive crashed during the pandemic when we could not get help with our computer. We do not know if any data can be salvaged or not. We had to purchase a new one on line and pick up at store in order to keep our business open.

Purchase this HP laptop. Hard drive crashed within a week. Exchanged for another one and it crashed. Decided to purchase a different brand of a laptop.

Computer always froze up and glitched on me and had to call customer support

This laptop has many nice features, is a good size and not too heavy.

Laptop is average at best and space if you need space it’s a problem.

Good laptop decent processor, sometimes is slower to turn on.

Poorly designed: the backlit keyboard display does not make up for the virtual invisibility of the lettering on the keys. Looks sleek, but is nonfunctional. Also. On my particular unit, the “5” on the number keypad has to be struck just right or else it doesn’t register.

Straight out of the box, this laptop would take many minutes to start or would give me an error message and state it needed to restart most of the time I turned it on. So couldn’t even use it dependably so I returned it for another brand. Best Buy was wonderful though!

I bought this computer for son to take to college. He went to use it the first day of class and it wouldn’t even turn on! He has only had it a month. He had to drive an hour and half just to take it to a Best Buy and they would not exchange it for a new one. They did offer to send it to the service center, after some discussion, and told him it could take up to 3 weeks to get it back. This has not been s good experience!!
