Very noisy, gets very hot, battery last barely 1 and half hour which promised 12 hours which not true. Bought this laptop brand new from Best Buy. Now it’s only less than 3 months having so many issues with this laptop. Went to Best Buy they said I have to contact manufacturer. Spent two Trying to call HP. There is a music but then the call simply goes off.

Good laptop in general but the battery starts to bloat over time and all the sleekiness of the machine is gone within weeks. I would recommend an alternative if available.

I purchased 2 of these computers on 6/25/19 for work. I left them with the Geek Squad to install anti-virus and Microsoft office and picked them up on 6/27/19. The very next day one of laptops had to be brought back to the Geek Squad because I got a message that the boot disc could not be found and was told they had to reinstall all the software. It is now 7/12/19 and I am getting a message that I have no disc space left and the second computer just stopped working and gives the message that the boot disc can not be found. Never again will I buy an HP.

touchpad too big & my fingers brush up on it, making the curser move all over the place. Additionally, the touchpad is TOO LOUD No way to turn off the clicking sound -- which isn't like a clicking but a banging. Can't use it in the library because of that sound. Keys are hard to see no matter which way the lighting is. Good things I've been typing for over 50 years & don't need to look at them. However, because there is a number pad off to the right, they keys are off center which drives me crazy. Am returning this piece of junk.

Terrible computer! Do NOT buy! Upon startup, the setup will take you till the part where you enter a phone number, when you try to move to the next page, the screen doesn’t complete loading and you are left with a blank blue screen. Nothing to do but return and pick out a different computer, and that’s a hassle.
