Works great. I run a small business so I needed something decent. This HP has been working great so far. The finger print scan is not working but I have not had any time to trouble shoot it. Other than that works fine. I always purchased Lenovo's so this is my first HP and am trying it out.

We purchased this laptop because of the great specs - excellent level that we wanted for hard drive, RAM, graphics, and ports. The sound is well above average, which was a nice bonus since we weren't focused on that in particular. Also, we really like the 2-in-1 convertibility which, again, wasn't a priority for us, but it has been fantastic to have that flexibility. Once we added an additional 8GB memory, it had everything we were looking for, and for a great price. We're expecting to be "future-ready" for several years.

The laptop is great overall, it's quite fast and the screen's resolution is amazing. The only inconvenience in it is that if you're using the touch screen while in laptop mode it will not be go back and forth and the screen is not very stable. Besides that it is a very good laptop. I recommend it!

Very happy with performance of this computer. Enjoying the touch screen feature, which I didn't initially think I needed. Touch of keyboard is excellent, very responsive. Having some adjustment to latest version of Office, but that is normal with updates. Very pleased with Best Buy service.

My wife needed a laptop for word processing, web browsing, social media, and some light work. This fit the bill perfectly. It is lightweight and has a nice display. It handles all of her tasks without lag and is very comfortable to use. She said she is very pleased with it.

I must say I absolutely love this laptop. The finger print feature is great. I was a little hesitant about the finger print option but after using it, I am glad I chose this laptop. The touch screen is another great feature. So far I don't have anything negative to say about this laptop.

I've needed one forever, but I loathe the keyboards on a laptop and so many other things... but this is a great laptop. I like the keyboard, screen and everything about it. I solved the keyboard issue with a regular keyboard and mouse I take along.. bulky, but until the world goes holographic?

Replaced my 2017 MacBook Pro with this HP laptop. If you’re thinking about buying it, do it. Fingerprint sensor works great, battery life excellent.

HP Envy 360 with the Intel Core i7 is fluid. Everything is seamless, meaning, everything moves in 1-motion. No jittering, no lag...just speed and efficiency. The Optane Memory makes everything I do pop to the screen faster than any other device I have owned. Great system.

This laptop has a very fast start up and is very easy to use. Most of the features like the ability to turn the camera on and off is very useful and the touch screen and flexibility of the laptop to use as a tablet is great. Very happy I bought it!

This is a replacement for a 17" 6yo HP laptop. I was a little worried that the screen size would not be large enough, but I haven't even noticed. I love the speed, the screen clarity, and the silent running. I can't think of anything negative to say about it.

This HP does everything we want it to do, when we need it. We've owned laptops that cost in the low- to mid-hundreds of dollars, and they quickly became slow and clunky. This is the second Envy in our home; the first is a year old, and is still running great.

I am pleased with my new HP laptop. It has lots of memory, is easy to use and I love the number pad on the far right of the keyboard! The feel of the keyboard is very good, too. The keys are not mushy. I am glad I chose this computer,

I bought this laptop for school because I spent my first two years of college with a laggy, old HP, and all I can say is that this laptop is AMAZING! It's very fast, has lots of storage (using the cloud and such), its sleek, and I love it

I've had this laptop for just over a month and I use it mainly for work as I move between several locations. It boots very quickly and also turns off quickly - great for my job. The touch screen and touch pad are very responsive and I have also used a mouse with it for certain programs. It is definitely very fast and since I don't need a huge amount of storage on a laptop, the 512GB is just fine for me. There are a couple of minor quirks. the keyboard is silver with letters that are only a slightly darker gray, this makes it difficult to see the letters in some lighting. The finger log on sometimes doesn't work very well, especially if the battery is getting low. Neither one of these things is a game-changer for me so I'm very satisfied overall.

I love the size of the this laptop, but the best part is that is so light and easy to carry around and travel. Perfect for school and work. I definitely recommend this computer!!

After about 5 weeks of working with this computer, I am pleased to share that it's been a great buy. Fast with plenty of storage for my needs. I would recommend to others.

Besides the overall size being good for me, I am also enjoying the convenience of the touchscreen. This laptop is replacing my 9 year old hp laptop and the backlit keyboard has been a major improvement as well.

I could not be more pleased with this laptop computer. The screen is large and can be seen very clearly. All of the features that this computer has I use daily with much success. It is easy to carry to different locations.

This is our 3rd HP Laptop... they are super easy to use and super easy to set up. The SSD drive really makes this laptop fast and all of the features are a plus. Definitely recommend for students or for home / home office work.
