The Laptop ENVY is very handy easy to use. The key board lights up once you touch any key even without a light. Very convenient. It's very light. It got good memory.

It works well, much better than out old one. First laptop we have had with a touchscreen, took a few days to get used to but now I really like that feature a lot.

Great laptop. Love the touchscreen. Haven’t had any problems working with 10, since coming from XP. Only had it a couple of weeks so can’t really say more.

Have only had this laptop for a month or so. However, it has proven to be a good investment. I had a 17 inch HP laptop with the i3 processor and was pleased with it for the most part. I bought this for work and the difference is night and day. It boots in no time and is ready to go. All apps open quickly which was not always the case with the 17" laptop. I work with Microsoft Office suite quite a bit and this laptop just handles it all so elegantly. I swear even the browser is faster. The only regret I have is not spending the extra 200 bucks and buying the 17" version of this p.c.

I opted to buy a computer with a couple extras and my son is very thankful for the touch screen and full Microsoft package Vs. what the college gives him.
