THE LAPTOP WAS EASY TO SET UP. I USE IT EVERYDAY.

I really like how quickly it responds. I also like that the turn on button is on the keyboard instead of on the side. It does not get hot when using it for a period of time. Overall it was a very good choice.

My wife is really enjoying her new laptop. The tablet mode, solid-state drive with rapid response and backlit keyboard are great improvements over her old model. However, the sale includes Webroot security software which is supposed to be available to download in the Digital Library. It is not, despite the confirmation email and purchase order. I spent over an hour with live chat and then live phone, only to be told to contact a third person who MIGHT be able to help. "We can fix this right away" they said. "You can sit back and relax." "You don't need to worry." Those were repeated mantras. The security software was not made available per the purchase terms. Customer service was useless.

Needed an extra laptop to use for my business and this was at a great price, light weight and easy to carry around with the memory i needed!

This is a great laptop but if your looking for a laptop for editing, this is not it. This laptop is also veey large and heavy its hard to travel with. When im trying to edit it slows down or the app glitches. Its way more complicated to download anything let a lone learn to put an icon on the home screen, but If your only looking for a laptop for work then this is a great laptop. The battery life isnt great either. Again, I use it for editing such as photoshop, and I would say, when its fully charged and off the charger. It would last me about an hour or an hour and a half before it half a battery life left or less. I honestly believe its because of the editing softwars I use.

I have had this computer for about a month, and it is working very well. No issues. The only thing that I don't like much is the keyboard. Maybe it is a bit narrower than what I am used to because the directional keys and some punctuation keys are a bit clumsy, and I have still not quite adjusted yet.

HP Envy is everything that I was looking for at the right price. I needed a larger touch screen, with a decent amount of memory and speed.

It is light weight and the screen allows me perfect vision of what I am doing. It was a replacement that I purchased for a Samsung .

Exactly what I thought it would be. I knew I wasn't purchasing a 5* laptop. I purchased a 4* laptop and I'm very pleased. It does lag a little when the graphics get demanding but I'm mostly using this for school and office type use anyway. It's a great buy for the money!!!

This was a purchase for a new professional and she loves it. Her first "big girl" laptop and it meets her needs perfectly, stores and travels well, and she has noted that her productivity has improved!

easy set-up and use, for basic/light office stuff battery life is great, happy with purchase, came very quickly and was well packaged

I like it, the only thing that I felt a bit nickel and dime, was no office products are included. To me that is like buying a new home in todays world and the builder does not include a door opener.

compter works great. I had no problems except one. that is that the screen cracked and now doesnt work. if best buy fixes it for free like they said they would since I'm a total tech member than i will change my rating to a 5*

I’m very happy with the purchase of my HP laptop. I love the touch screen and everything about it. I also got it at a great price!
