Great laptop but do not favor not having a side keypad. Was difficult to find in this size. Otherwise, functionality is good. Speed not always great, but could be do more to our internet provider, Spectrum, who has been awful and slows down all of our internet functions on all devices

LOVE LOVE this new hp envyx360! PRIOR TO THIS HAD A 13-INCH. IT NEEDED A NEW HARD DRIVE... SO WHILE WAITING (SINCE I WAS ALREADY THINKING ABOUT A NEW ONE, I GRABBED THIS! SO HAPPY, THE SCREEN IS 15.6 INCHES...THE KEYBOARD LIGHTS UP...HIGH RESOLUTION AND COLORS..PLAYED A 4 HOUR GAME, AND ALTHOUGH A GEEK SQUAD AGENT MENTIONED IT IS NOT NECESSARILY A GAMING LAPTOP IT IS JUST FINE. I THINK THIS WAS A GREAT PURCHASE AT A GREAT PRICE! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.THANKS AGIN BESTBUY........

Old laptop quit and needed a replacement asap. This HP Envy was up to the challenge! Love the size and the performance.

Love my laptop, enjoy the touch screen as well, haven't folded over in tablet like style yet, but it's great otherwise.

Nice computer; however, bought "Open-box- Excellent" No charging equipment was in the box. Best Buy gave me $25 as a comp. A new charger runs upwards of $80. So no real savings by purchasing this product. Just watch the sales and buy new. Or find a different source.

This computer is fantastic! It is very fast there is no lagging. It is easy to set up and use. Highly recommend

Love it! This one also fame with a nice, hp carrying tote, which has a leather handle and one side that has thief- blocking material (wall) inside. Windows 11. Easy setup snd start. One item that snuck by me is the omitted number input pad. Just the numbers across the top.

Excellent laptop has amazing graphics tons of storage space and the keyboard is very light to the touch perfect for a buisness laptop or even a gaming laptop!

We already had this for other co-workers and purchased another for incoming staff. It is easy to use and set up and has everything we need for our work.

I wanted to like this laptop. It was gorgeous. With a sleek design, glossy glass display, backlit keys, the ability to fold it into a tablet or into a laptop, a responsive touchscreen, and a privacy button that - when pushed - caused a part to mechanically move to cover the camera, this laptop was so neat. Problems quickly arose, however. A dead pixel was at the top of the screen. This, to me, a minor annoyance, but it was small enough that I just ignored it and kept using the laptop. The main issue came, however, when the laptop began having severe display issues. While I was watching a YouTube video, the screen became distorted. The video glitched out and lines flickered around the screen. I used this laptop for college, and worst of all, when I would be typing notes or doing my lessons, the screen would randomly turn off and the laptop would become unresponsive. Windows normally shuts off laptop screens after a few minutes of inactivity to save battery power, but that wasn't what was happening here, as I would be actively interacting with the laptop and it would just black out and become unresponsive. Overtime, these blackouts became more and more common and was really disrupting my work. This was the third HP laptop that I've gotten that was defective. I've tried 3 different models of HP laptops, all 3 defective. I actually got this HP laptop as a replacement to another defective HP laptop. So, the replacement of the defective laptop was also defective. I don't blame BestBuy. They made things right and helped me to switch to a better laptop. I now have a Samsung Galaxy Book and it's the best laptop I've ever had. HP used to be pretty good, but they're going downhill. If you want my recommendation, I'd avoid HP. Consider getting a Samsung. 3 defective HP laptops in a row - all different models. Something is very wrong here. I really wanted to like this laptop, but it was horrible. If you do get this laptop, please do yourself a favor and buy extra GeekSquad protection. I know it's expensive, but it's going to save you so much money if your HP Envy starts glitching out like mine did. After all, if it gets outside of the return window and is defective, you might be stuck with a very expensive paperweight. Thanks for reading, and please be careful. I don't want you losing money on a bad laptop, and HP really needs to improve. BestBuy did an absolutely wonderful job, though. Love them. Thanks for reading. May God bless you. This HP Envy laptop was definitely what I need thanks to the awesome help of the sale associate who advise me and narrow down to base off my daily usage.

This is my 4th HP laptop and overall my HP laptops have served me very well. I highly recommend HP products - they are very user friendly and highly reliable.

So far everything is as stated. Like the style, weight, and overall appearance. The lighted keyboard is another plus and the pictures show go clarity. Touchscreen is easy to use and windows 11 has given me no problems, as yet. I would recommend laptop to others.
