Room for Improvement

I would prefer to have my number pad on the right-hand side on the keyboard and not across the top and because I am right-handed, it is sometimes a challenge to plug the laptop up on the left-hand side of a room having the charging cord weirdly strung across the device. Lastly, the device occasionally blinks and force me out of a program. I am not sure if this is a software or hardware issue; however, I plan to address it, as ,my device is not quite a month old. Definitely room for improvement!

HP Envy

The touchscreen makes some of her homework easier to maneuver, including her timed math quizzes that she has nightly. It had quick setup which is always appreciated. We have an earlier version of the Envy and that one is quite a bit heavier than this new version.
