I have only had it for a few weeks and haven't done much more than a few things but I have wanted one this computer for years and Best Buy has a 300 dollars, about a third off so I got it. I love how you can use it as a laptop and a tablet. I wish it had a 9 key keypad also but everything else is great

This laptop was not built to last. The so called aluminum cover is very fragile. Just a fall will shatter the laptop. Poor battery life. The internal specs is state of the art. Speed is commendable. Just the body frame that is horrible. Hp needs to upgrade the battery.

Decent. Screen not as bright as my $300 Chromebook. Speakers also not too loud.

I love my new HP The service in buying this item was great. The Geek Squad tech who transferred the data was amazing. Totally professional and so pleasant.

I miss the number keys on the side. Other than that, this is a lot for the money.

I needed a computer for school after my laptop crashed. This has been a lifesaver. Good, clear graphics, connects quickly to wifi, starts quickly, and is sleek for easy carrying.

Just what I needed for this stage of my life. Very pleased with performance and style. Not as much "brute force" as I had but don't need it any longer so a good match to my needs.

It is a powerful machine but difficult to see the keyboard with white letters and silver case. Almost like white on white. Even when lit, I had a hard time seeing what I was doing. I had to change to a different style for only this reason.

A nice and convenient laptop. Helpful for all my tasks

This laptop has worked very well for me. Good speed and excellent picture quality. The Office product is new to me but easy to navigate and it's just what I needed.

My 1st laptop. The HP person helped me with this. I'm in the process of looking for a job and need a good little laptop fro my resume and any Zoom interviews/meetings.

This laptop only lasted me 1 1/2 years. One that just uses a laptop to surf would be better off getting a basic HP 17" i3 8GB RAM 256 SSD, save money and it will last longer. I was a 3rd party HP Rep for 6 years and have a BS degree in Computer Information Systems. I think the Envy and Spectre laptops are overpriced and they do not last long enough. If you don't need the specs do not get those higher priced laptops!

Works good but not enough storage. Good for surfing

My only complaint is there is no number pad.Didn't even occur to me that it wouldn't be there. Same as the car I bought a few years back with no cruise control. What? Everything has cruise and a number pad. Other than that, it is quite nice for my purposes.

It seems to be a great computer. The speed is good.

Good laptop for price. But seriously need to stop the the small ssd and ram. Standard needs to be 512GB ssd and 16GB ram. But I guess if limited budget then ok. But probably need to add more to get more life out of this laptop.

Sales people are knowledgeable and fully know their products . They made sure that I understood the product and demonstrated each feature . Since I’m not a “techie” person and am 75 years old , I appreciated their patience in going over everything . Fortunately we have high school and college grandchildren that live with us in case I get stuck . We also have a home in Hilton Head South Carolina so it’s important that I have access to paying bills on line and can research locations , driving directions, stores etc. ; and staying in touch with friends and family.
