Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.good laptop although i wanted the one with the 10 key. it wasn't available so i got this one. i had a bad glitch 15 days after I got it. the keyboard stopped registering and it took 3 days (more days after the store guarantee) for me to figure out that it was in tablet mode. i didn't have this problem when I had the same laptop with the 10 key which my son dropped and broke.
