Great Quality Laptop

I was always in need of a new one, but it has enough storage for me to keep the computer running & updated. It’s very nice. I recommend anyone to buy it

Great Hp Envy Lap Top and easy pickup

My package was delivered to a store front pickup. To access the package you enter a confirmation number on a key pad, a door opens and you take the package. Could not be easier

Awesome Laptop

Bang and Olufson speakers that are top mounted on the surface are awesome. Extremely clear and great sounding. Highly recommend.

Save yourself the headache & high amount of money

I still can not believe this laptop is $1000+ and in 2024/2025 has such horrible components. Unfortunately, this is also my 3rd HP Envy in 2 years and never again will I be going back. Save yourself the headache and the high ticket amount of money for such a horrible product.

I was worried that this 80+ year old brain would not be able to make the switch from my old Dell Latitude, but there are lots of similarities and the HP ENVY looks like it will be a welcome up grade

Love my laptop

Programs open and close without having to wait. The battery runs down within a couple of hours of use, but I don't really mind. hope this will last for many years

Great little laptop

Once you pick this up, you will be impressed with how sturdy this aluminum case is. HD display, good processor, 2 Thunderbolt ports. When they offer at $300 off, it is a great buy.

Love the laptop but Best Buy failed on promo

Disappointed that Best Buy did not fulfill on the special-bonus offer promoted with the sale. They offered a laptop sleeve to go along with the purchase as a promotion and canceled the sleeve delivery twice. Even after being reported.

Easy to use and windows 11 help operation. The store manager and techs helped with my purchase and got me up and running. I wish the computer had tablet mode which is disappointing.
