What a great value for a powerful 2-1 laptop. Out of the box, it has enough Memory, so there is no need to upgrade it. The raised backlit keyboard is awesome with great graphics that make this one a hidden gem!

Average product not the best fell comfort Slow and not great

I purchased an HP Envy laptop and the Help from the associate while making the purchase was great. He helped to set me up with the Geek Squad while I was at the store. Very capable and friendly help from everyone.

This laptop is a State of the Art Machine. The Intel Evo Platform Core i5 will give you speed, outstanding graphics, and superior browsing all the time, not to mention the backlit feature on the key board.

Excellent laptop! replaced an 11 year Toshiba Satellite (Pentium 5) that was upgraded to Windows 10 over the years. The new laptop comes with Windows 11. No problem transitioning to new OS.

Ordered online. Quickly told it was ready. Arrived and retrieved at store without incident. No headaches! It recovers from hibernating rapidly and so far has been a pleasure to use.

This computer is very pretty, but still gives me a problem when trying to type a message. The cursor jumps all over the screen.

The laptop is easy to setup and start using it. Touchscreen response is quick and no issues. Just started using it and will revise the feedback on battery and performance after using it for a while.

Thus far, I don't have any real complaints about this product. Sometimes, the keyboard randomly locks but this may be something on my end--not sure. In any case, since I have a separate mechanical keyboard to plug in, it doesn't cause too much of an issue. Good buy

I bought the HP Envy 360 mainly to use on trips out of town. It has been a great laptop. It is a little bigger than I was originally looking for but other than that it works out great.

Laptop is great. Only issue I had is salesman had me get microsoft subscription when I already on a family plan, so a waist of money there. Also I was told I would get a rebate which still has not happened.

I needed to pick up a laptop on a moments notice, and the setup and power it provides is worth the price. My only issue is that it comes preinstalled with Windows 11, which i imagine is standard now, but still the worst aspect of the machine.

Keyboard issues that cannot resolve. Characters jump lines when keying. Have to go slow and watch your typing. Never seen such a thing. Will never buy an HP ever again. Or an HP printer that seems to take control of laptop and installs things without warning and no idea what it's doing! Always had Dell in past and no complaints there.

We are very happy with this laptop. It is just perfect for our needs. We use it for social media, communication, browsing, tracking finances, etc. A good device.

I love my new laptop. It is everything i needed for work and play. Now i can put all of my documents in one place. Being able to access them without effort is wonderful.

I love my computer but I am extremely worried after other owners have complained about the hinges breaking and shattering the monitors. Be worried!

Bought this for school, so far I have really liked it, I like the face recognition and that i can use it to take notes, it has a lot of convenient features.

So far I am impressed with this new laptop computer. It is Windows 11, so a little different than what I am used to using. But I will overcome the challenge.

Thai was a gift I assumed everything works good. Haven’t heard a complaint or issue. It was kind of pricy but I guess taht I what they cost. Pretty color.

I love this laptop. Good refresh rate and the style has a smooth finish. Battery life could be better but still I’m very happy with this purchase.
