    It’s alright nithing really special but for the price point there’s better options only got cause was in rush and only had this one battery dies fairly quickly

    Hate required Microsoft registration. Should have been for-warned because I never would have spent 600 bucks for this laptop If you are going to sell items with mandatory registration required to operate laptop/computers, you should include directions on how to opt out

    I have had this computer now for two years. The performance continues to be exceptional. The computer is mostly used for college courses. Due to work I also need to travel, so its size and weight are perfect for my needs.

    Screen keeps blacking out for a good minute or so every 10-15 minutes. Never had such a terrible experience with Hp

    I think they sold me a refurbished one,, screen flickers after about a month or two didn’t buy warranty so now I have to call HP directly but they make it impossible on purpose so you will give up

    If I could make this a negative star I would. But I can’t. I’m very displeased with this laptop and I’m more displeased because Best Buy only give you 14 days to return things and that sucks

    I love my laptop, very easy and functional. I use it for school and work, and haven't had a issue with it outside of my children doing physical things to it. If I could get another I would but they don't produce this model anymore from what I was told.
