I purchased this computer for my 12 year old daughter. She enjoys writing, surfing the web, and editing videos. This computer is great for all of those things. We also go if for a great price which made it even better.

I got the best laptop All the features are stunning It is touch screen so it makes way more easier to do things 10/10 recommended

For an i7 laptop with 16gb of ram it slows down more than it should. The cooling is not sufficient for this laptop so it is prone to overheating. Battery life is also very short i have to leave it one the charger if i plan to use if for more than a couple of hours.

I really like the Laptop honestly.It was touch laptop with long battery power. And the screen was awesome. Its very creative laptop with more additional features. I returned the laptop as I was not going to use the laptop frequently. So more frequent and creative users its worth money

Computer was very easy to set up and took less than an hour total to fully replace our old computer, add accounts, office, etc. Very easy process.

I love that it’s touch screen, the laptop folds into something similar to a tablet and has ports that can be use to charge my phone as well as my iPad.

This is a great laptop for my needs. And the refurbished price fit my budget perfectly! No complaints!

Great for every day use. If you’re a college student, this is an amazing laptop. I would recommend getting a screen protector.

I dont know why Upper speakers don't work! Just bottom speakers are working. Meanwhile can i use my cellphone (note 20 ultra) charger? I need separate chrger. Thanks

Availing the HP Envy 2 in 1 laptop - open box (excellent) was a good choice. It was as good as new. Very affordable with the specs that I wanted. Two thumbs up!
