Wish it had more ports. But overall satisfied with it. I am not a gamer, bought it because I could add a TB of hard drive to it, most computers don't have that option. Since I have thousands of pictures, I wanted them at my fingertips to Photoshop. It would have been cheaper just to buy a computer with 512 GB hard drive and buy an external hard drive to store them all, but I wanted the convenience of having them right on the computer. I also liked that it had the built-in ethernet port. I also bought it from the Best Buy store vs HP or any online store to both support the local store and have them available to help if I ran into problems with the computer. I bought the tech support plan and have been totally pleased with their service. A good investment if you are not a tech geek.

Great product and a good discounted price

Very stable and substantial feeling laptop. Bought this with a $300 discount which made it a decent buy. i7 processor with an HD display. Thunderbolt usb-c ports. Very good battery life. Very satisfied.

Keys stop typing intermittently

The keyboard just stops working intermittently as I’m trying to type (bit the lighting—the actual keys)!!! This is so infuriating because this is a brand new computer.
