    If easy to use, it has little tips pop up and also important news. I was able to use my mouse from my former computer and it connected right away to my printer. Very happy about that. I was never happy with my Lenovo computer but love my new HP, and their light up keyboard!!!

    I gifted this laptop to my nephew and he says he loves it. Hasn't set it up yet but is super excited to have this laptop to start college. I work for an IT company and one of our team members recommended this laptop as a good laptop for my nephew who is off to college next month.

    Works well. Would prefer having the start key stand alone. Wish it had more ports. But overall satisfied with it. I am not a gamer, bought it because I could add a TB of hard drive to it, most computers don't have that option. Since I have thousands of pictures, I wanted them at my fingertips to Photoshop. It would have been cheaper just to buy a computer with 512 GB hard drive and buy an external hard drive to store them all, but I wanted the convenience of having them right on the computer. I also liked that it had the built-in ethernet port. I also bought it from the Best Buy store vs HP or any online store to both support the local store and have them available to help if I ran into problems with the computer. I bought the tech support plan and have been totally pleased with their service. A good investment if you are not a tech geek.

    This version of the Envy is more compact than prior versions. Very stable and substantial feeling laptop. Bought this with a $300 discount which made it a decent buy. i7 processor with an HD display. Thunderbolt usb-c ports. Very good battery life. Very satisfied.
