Slow to help more $$$

However, it took three associates to locate the right cartridges because each one "lost" the manual that stated which ink went to what printer. Ended up taking 20 minutes instead of 5 and costing 20% more The ink quality was good though.

HP Multi-Use Paper

Never truly observed between this brand and other multiple use standard paper. Copies seem faded and hard to read. I am not sure if it is the printer is the reason.

False advertising
