I will appreciate this refill option. Will save me trips to store and not let my supply of ink disappear. The only problem was that we ran out of ink before we got the printer to work with the refill option installed so we did need to buy a refill until we could get everything working.

If you are printing regularly and uses he full ink then it is worth the price to buy a instant ink plan. Also I got 3 free months which is a bonus.

This service is very convenient since it does not require you to worry about running out of ink to do the job. Ink is always available.

At first I was a bit wary of an ink subscription plan. But I decided to give it a try, as I was getting tired of paying through the nose for overpriced inkjet cartridges that quickly ran out of ink. The instant ink plan is really quite appealing in many ways. You pay a regularly monthly fee, so you can budget accordingly. You don't have to go to the store for ink, as HP mails it to you. And the cartridges you get hold a lot of ink, so you don't have to change cartridges nearly as often. The only downside I can think of is that you don't get the $2 for recycling a cartridge at the store down the street.

I just started the Instant Ink program. I think it's a great idea and the annual cost of ink will be significantly less than buying the ink itself. The only down-side is you have to keep track of the number of pages you print, if you go over the monthly 100 pages you'll be charged.

I was skeptical about this plan, but I have a home office and print a high volume of pages, this service is super convenient and cost effective

This program is awesome I have ink delivered to my home. The system link directly to HP to trigger delivery. I don't have to do anything. Auto debit $10 a month.

Who can print 50 pages a month for $2.99. Students and their families can with Instant Ink. Also, those families will save 50% versus buying high capacity ink cartridges.

This is a good program for convenience and saves money. I don't need 100 pages though, I will end up using the free option for less than 15 pages per month.

It was pretty easy to set up an account with HP. The first ink came before the starter ink ran out. A little too soon to tell if I picked too high of a page count plan but the terms say you can reduce/change it any time.

This is a great program, they monitor our usage, send cartridges before you need them at a good price, no more panic when one runs out in the middle of a project

I setup the instant ink as it sounds like a great idea. However I don't print often so I am still using the cartridges that came with the printer. Thus will save on buying new cartridges at the store when they are needed and this will be cheaper.

The HP monthly plan is actually a real good program and is perfect for people that print a good amount without having to worry about buying refills or running out middle of a job. This is one of those things in the printing world where it finally feels like HP has figured it out and incentivized the right customers for their model. Buying ink has never really been good or fun, but InstantInk is the best model HP has ever done.

I had never heard of the Instant Ink program through HP, but I am hooked! The new printer came with 2 free months and the gift card bought me another month (varies depending on the plan chosen). My welcome kit arrived a week after signing up for the program and now I have spare ink on hand with no worries about running out. I am a happy camper.

Since I like hard copies of many things, this might not work out for me as the highest package limit is 300 pages/mo. So far I've received ink timely. I'd like it of the machine printed in black if the color ink empties; my last HP offered that option.
