Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the convenient ink delivery and the affordability of the Instant Ink 50-Page Monthly Plan. Many appreciate the plan's ease of use and setup. However, some users find the page limit restrictive. A small number of customers have exceeded their monthly page allowance.

This plan is great to make sure you don't run out of ink. HP can monitor your usage and will send you new cartridges before you run out. I thought I printed more pages per month than I do, so HP allows you to adjust your price plan.

The ink refill program is a smart investment because whenever the machine lets you know you are low on ink, it sends the signal to the HP ink system to mail you more replacement cartridges automatically.

At first I was hesitant to sign up for this plan but now I'm so glad I did. The first set of cartridges arrived even before I realized the printer was running low on ink. My only complaint is the chat department. It took me 30 minutes to get an answer to a simple question which was "Do color photos also count as one page? I wa put on hold and transferred to 3 reps before getting an answer and even then these guys were not even 100% sure. Totally ridiculous incompetence for customer service.

Let me just say that at first I was skeptical about this product/ program and then I said what the heck I’ll give it an try it’s free for 3 Months and needless to say it’s going on a year since I been with the new program with this HP Instant Ink enrollment card. Its initial one-month plan provides 100 pages of ink and includes a free supply for the second month, The HP Instant Ink has no annual fees which I love it beats going to the store every time you run out of ink

I buy Hewlett Packard just so I can use the instant ink feature. If you do a lot of printing or a little printing instant ink is the only way to go. Takes the hassle and pain at the cash register out of printing at home. I used to never print because the cartridges were so expensive and it seemed liked every time i turned around they needed replaced. Since I have been on instant ink I only have to replace cartridges once or twice a year and I do more printing than ever.

The sales person told us about the ink program which was really great because i have never heard about it before. He let us know which printers were on the list for this program. Which when we brought a new printer we factored it into our final decision. Its a great price for ink, we get it directly delivered to us and they even know when we are running out of ink and they automatically send it. We would never go back to the old way of buying ink. Thanks

I purchased an HP printer that was compatible with the instant ink program and decided to try it out. I am currently using the 50 pages per month level. If you go over 50 pages it is $1.00 for every 15 pages printed. The program itself at 50 pages per month costs $2.99 billed monthly to your checking/credit account. There is also a rollover feature for up to 50 unused pages which is nice. Once enrolled in the program ink cartridges are mailed directly to you and your printer monitors your ink levels and will let HP know when you need more ink and cartridges will be automatically mailed to you which is fabulous! I'm not sure if this is really the best deal money wise, but for me it was worth it when I considered my time and gas to go purchase ink, not to mention it always runs out when I'm in the middle of something and usually have to stop what I'm doing to go buy more. The nice thing is, if I need to print more pages I can change my plan for the month to one that allows more pages if it is a better deal. The most expensive plan is $9.99 for 300 pages (which allows 300 page rollover if you stay on that plan and going over is $1.00 more for every 25 pages.) For me this program was more about saving time and not having to worry about running out of ink and driving to the store in the middle of printing than it was about saving money. The program does claim that it saves money and I will see if I really do with more time, but I was paying more than $36.00 per year on ink with the printer I had before my HP instant ink printer, so hopefully it will also save money! It was also very easy to set up and enroll!

I like having the ink delivered to my home.. They provide 6 months free and for 5 dollars you get an extra 10 dollars worth of ink.. I signed up for the 4.99/month fee and will always have ink supplied.. I have already received a shipment of ink..

Instant ink is so economical and I never have to worry about shopping for ink or running out of ink. Ink comes in the mail when my printer indicates I need more ink. Empty cartridges are recycled by free return mail envelopes.

This is a very great deal if you print a lot of pages and it saves you a lot of money in the long run. Once you sign up and register your printer, HP sends you new ink right to your door as soon as you start running low!

This came free with a laptop and printer purchase. The program sounds convenient, but we don't print much at home, less than 10 pages a month. If we printed more, we'd enroll past the introductory period.

i got this because i got sick of paying over $100 everytime my printer required new cartridge. i don't even print much, but seems like all of recent HP printers keep on using ink by itself to keep the printer head and cartridge from drying out or something and it says it's empty. i'm like WTH??? cartridge, if you replace all 4 costs roughly $150/yr vs $5*12 = $60/yr and this gives you 2 month for price of 1 and back to school promo gives you free 2 months. def worth the money!

I love being able to print without thinking about how much ink I'm using. I thought 50 pages would be enough for the little bit I print but when you don't have to worry about it you go crazy. Remember some times you end up printing 3 pages for just a small page of info. So, if you want to keep it to a minimum go to the web site and check your usage. Very easy.
