Like how now HP is making things much easier, not only does the customer save time to go purchase new ink but the price is affordable for the pages you print out, in my situation I don’t print that many documents which means that I don’t have to pay for my ink

love instant ink. I will only buy a printer with this option. Low price and convenient. Also helps put into perspective what really needs to be printed. I like that i can change my plan as needed and don't waste paper.

I really like that the printer sends a message as to when I’m low on ink. And a few days later I get and ink cartridge package in the mail. I believe the monthly price is a great value that relieves me of going to a retail location.

Why didn't they do this sooner?! Love hp instant ink! It was always such a hassle and now I'm never out(:

HP Instant ink is great program, senses printers need for the ink before hand and orders it in advance. so that you dont get any surprise low ink situation, you can time it based on number of papers printed and usage.

This is great because if you don't use all 50 pages they roll over to the next month, you never lose money.

I love the iink program that's offered with this item. I get great customer service assistance via phone easily in seconds. The prices are very reasonable and like how my printer electronically communicates when i'm nearing low on ink, i'll get an order of refills in no time via mail.

Went to the local Best Buy to buy 2 replacement cartridges which would have cost almost as much as I paid for the printer. This is the best idea ever and would recommend to everyone. They monitor the usage, the ink levels and quality at less than half the price and they're bigger cartridges.

I love having the ink levels monitored online and without me having to go to the store every time to replace 1 or all cartridges when they get low on ink. HP Instant Ink monitors your ink and paper use for you, and sends the new cartridges to you before you run out. Can't beat that!!

Not sure if I will use this or not. It came with the printer and still have not activated.

I had no idea that this program even existed, until I was in the store and saw the signs. I asked the sales clerk and he explained the program to me. I have already received my first ink package. I LOVE this feature - it saves me from waiting until I'm out of ink to run to Best Buy.

I just put in my new cartridges. Love it coming to my home , worry free..100 prints for 4.99 is awesome!!!!

Wish I had this long ago. When i print ai want it pretty and bright and colorfull...Key word when. This makes that when any time and reminds and orders ink when aim low on its own for me. Not to mention you get a few months free to start and get a custom to it

The ability to order ink without going to a store and wondering if you got the best deal is nice. The right ink comes to your door. The ability to change what and how much ink to order on-line is a very nice feathure.

I'll never go back to hunting for my own ink AFTER i have run out. HP monitors my usage and sends me ink BEFORE I run out. GENIUS!!! This is the second time i have used this service and it is a godsend.

This subscription service saves me time and money. I don't have to go to the store to get a new cartridge, and the monthly plan is much, much less expensive than buying individual refills.

No more trips to the office supply store for inkjet cartridges. So far so good. The printer calls HP via the web and orders it's own ink before it runs out. Already received the first replacement cartridge shipment. Much less expensive than buying of the retail shelf...I hope.

I subscribed to the lowest tier which was 2.99 a month for 50 pages of ink supply each month. When you add the cost up over a year, that's less than the cost of buying ink cartridges one time outright. This is a great bargain!
