This is really a cost effective program. It was costing me over 70.00 to replace my ink cartridges and they didn't even last me a year. Now it's just.2.99 a month for my plan. All. Pros in my opinion!

I would always run out of ink at the worst time. Now HP sends me ink when my printer tells it to. The only problem I had was that when I installed the ink cartridges that came with the printer and signed up for the service, I was sent an initial cartridge within 2 weeks and I wasn't ready for it. Then when my ink started to run low I was sent another cartridge so I believe I have one more than I need at any given time. HP may have made that intentional for the times you have a big print job and can't wait to have another cartridge shipped right out.

This program is good if you use and know your usage. If you determine the amount you print, then this program can save you money.

I was skeptical at first because I do not like joining product clubs but it is much cheaper than buying ink from the store. Your printer uploads usage to HP and they know when to send more ink.

This plan will actually save you money on ink if you print a lot. Pay a small monthly fee and your printer will alert HP when your ink is low and they will automatically send you a new ink cartridge.

I always run out of ink in the most critical moments. With this service the problem is solved. I hired it the moment I saw the ad, and then, I receive the first pack of inks at home. Very effective.

It’s so nice to not have to worry about the amount of ink I have left or when I need to order/purchase replacements. So nice to have this monitored and taken care of automatically - I have my replacements in advance so no need to worry about ever running out of ink! Super convenient to have this option. Your plan can be adjusted based on your typical usage.

I was surprised by this offer and it was the main reason I chose the printer I did. The service is amazing. I had a little difficulty getting it setup, but didn’t take too long.

So far I haven't had to replace any ink yet but I have received my first delivery so I will be ready when I need to do it. The printer will notify them when it needs more ink.

It's good if you know how many copies you make per month. It's a hassle to have to buy more copies in a month. Who wants to worry about the amount of copies they make?

The only way to go with buying ink. Super easy, never run out, and affordable.

I have this same HP plan for myself and gave it as a gift to a special friend. It is perfect. You never have to go out any buy your ink. Always ships to you well in advance.

Having my printer communicate with HP, and having HP mail my replacement ink cartridges to me before I run out of ink is terrific. Ink color is very sharp. Overall a wonderful new feature from HP.

Wasn't sure about this new program and since there was a free trial, thought to try it. Not really worth it since I guess I print a lot. The problem is that it counts every page even if not much was printed on it. And if there was some sort of error or something. You will get charged if you go over the amount per month that you pay for. I can find ink at a reasonable price and not get charged more. Not worth it for me. Once free trial is over I will be cancelling.

Purchased a new HP printer and decided to try the instant ink program. Within the first month I already received my first replacment set of cartridges.

I like this setup that HP has for ink. Already received our first replacement cartridges. I really like that I don't have to think about it and we will always have new cartridges ready to go.
