About time for a program like this!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have not been involved with this very long but as soon as I signed up just a few days later I had my refill kit and will not be charged until I put them in the printer. The printer is always connected to internet so HP knows when you start using your refills. Can always switch to a lower price if you don't use as much as you thought you were going to use.

difficult to set up

Had to get on the phone with customer support, who was great, but also had a little trouble. It seems like it should be an easier process.

I get notes about the pages I use in the printer and I got my first shipment of ink, but I'm not certain where it goes from here.
