I have been on the instant ink program for about 6 months and so far I am very pleased with it. It seems to save money on ink cartridges, especially if you do not do a lot of printing. Service for replacement cartridges is automatic and is fast and efficient.

Instant ink needs something to be able to count/track the # of pages you print. I'm limited to 50/month, but have no idea of the start or end of HP"S count. I wrote them but no reply so far, after about 3 weeks! Love the printer, but not sure of the instant ink unless they solve this problem!

I've used HP Instant Ink Plan for nearly half a year now. I print very frequently, especially during my distant learning/working period. So this plan can save me a lot of money on inks and I would never have to worry about when it will run out.

This was very useful when I had to printout tons of invites for an outing

For the price instance ink is well worth the money.

Finally a company that gives back to it's customers. Many printers are practically 'give aways' because they make their money on replacement ink cartridges. At least now you can better control your costs, and it's automatic, if you keep the printer online periodically to report your use, to trigger a reorder. Loving it!

The Best Buy representative explained the HP ink program to me, so I decided to try it. Now all I have to do is open my mailbox and get my ink when my printer needs it. This is a convenient to get ink for your printer, instead of getting in the car and driving to a store to buy more ink.

I have not run out ink. I have only received 1 refill this year. I have not checked the current price locally so I’m not sure if it is a good price or not.

Ink is really annoying and this plan is, too. But for not printing much I think we come out ahead doing this. It was easier when there was the near-free plan, but alas that doesn't exist anymore.

Just gift cards. They do what they were bought for. I wish they were available in larger amounts. I prefer to prepay for the instant ink subscription rather than have them withdraw it directly from my account or card.

So far it has been pretty easy to use. The on screen is very nice.

So convenient, when I'm low in ink, they send it. I just pay online and its mailed to my home right away. Even before I'm out of ink. Don't have to go into a store and try to find my ink, don't have to drive looking for a deal in ink. This is the best offer ever. Highly recommend it to anyone. Go for it, you'll love the convenience.
