The instant ink program is great! Never have to worry about running out of ink as they always keep you supplied before you actually run out. Great program!

Very good cartridge but expensive. We tried the generic brand to save money and it is not worth it. Some things you just have to purchase the brand name for it to work correctly.

I love that hp has gone with a monthly delivery of ink and that the printer actually tells hp when I need more. No more running out of ink when you need it most

its a really good deal if u print a lot and the printer i bought u get 5 months free ink from the start

It runs out really fast in my house with two kids teacher wife and my randomness inks pretty high quality good stuff I like it a lot

I selected the 100 pages per month plan and am a few weeks in. Easy to set up and the initial shipment came exactly as advertised. Time will tell if this works out well, but so far so good.

Like the fact that the ink level is monitored for me and sent to me on an as needed basis with one monthly fee. And I can change the plan as needs dictate.

I just started using this service. So far it has worked very well. I was really pleased that the ink arrives by regular mail, as opposed to Fed Ex or some other service.

This is working out great for me. I always hated having to buy ink. After a short while, I had spent more in ink that the printer was worth. Now I believe that is not an issue.

great product your printer communicates with hp wireless and sends notification on low ink levels so you receive the ink before ink runs out so you dont have to go running to the store for ink all the time

I have I insta print on printer and it came free with purchase. I now refill my monthly balance with them Soni don't have to be getting charged on my card.

Had the printer about a month and I still have not needed ink. So I can not review the service that is why a average rating.

This service is a neat concept, and although I don't print large amounts, it's kept me from running out of ink completely (as I've done in the past)

Thanks to this information I was able to sign up for the page and get my ink refill without worrying about running out of ink.

I never have to pay $60.00 or more when i run out of ink.I dont print a lot so i got the 50 page option.Cant beat the price.

I had never used instant ink and messed up the set-up. Customer service rep walked me through it, fixed my errors. Exceptional support and ink shows up routinely based on my usage.

OK so far, haven't had any issues with delivering new ones, haven't really printed much so we will see how inexpensive this service is.

I really like knowing that I won't have to worry about running out of ink,because it tracks it for you and delivers the ink right to your door.

For my use I didn’t take it but if you print a lot I suppose it would be great never have to worry about running out
