This was bought for my mom. She likes how there is no commitment; Can quit at any time. I'm not sure how much she'll use it but at least she can stock up a bit

I purchased the HP ink program and the new cartridges are send automatically based on electronic measurement of my use. I never have to worry about running out of ink.

i havent needed any ink yet but the idea sure sounds good if they do what it is designed to do great makes it much easier

Ink is shipped in a timely manor. Lasts a long time. I printed over my alloted 300 sheets and original ink ran out long after. Still on my replacement cartridge

I love the instant Inc. subscription it is great you don’t have to remember to buy anything or nothing it’s wonderful

I have not actually used it yet as my printer is new and still has the original ink installed. I do think that it will save me money. We will see.

if you are not a heavy ink user don't bother. if you use a lot i think it will work fine, but to me another way someone keeps track of you

I picked up this in my local store and the service is great! Every time the printer needs ink, we get more plus it is cheaper than buying individual ink every time you need it.

I've been using instant for awhile (with an older printer) and now with this printer. I love the ease of getting replacements.
