Great deal

It's a no brainier. I had a brother printer very good but old .it was getting very hard to get refills. So when I replaced my printer for a new hp. I was told by a store blue shirt I would not have that problem again in fact it would be shipped directly to my home...that was a plus

What an innovation - awesome

On top of that, first 2 months subscription is FREE ( 40$ worth, if you opt for 700 pages per month ). Setup once and forget about this, everything - checking ink status, ordering ink automatically, keep track of printing habit and count and many more. This service is must have for Printer Owner.

Convenient, but more than I need

I have two teens and figured between the three of us we'd be printing a lot, but that hasn't been the case. But it was pretty nice to have ink just show up on my doorstep when needed.

It makes it very simple and you don't have to worry about running out of ink. The 12 months free ink promotion for purchasing the printer made me hurry to buy the printer which has been amazing. I am a couponer and this has made my life so much simpler!

Perfect Solution

With my new HP printer and the HP Connected Ink program, this will never happen again! I just received my first email notification that new cartridges are on their way, ahead of me running out. This program is DEFINITELY worth it!
