This is a great service that I wish had been available years ago. The frustration of running out of ink in the middle of a project and the stores are closed. This service never let's you run out. Your printer communicates when the need is coming due and ink is at your doorstep. Great Service!!

I opted into this on a trial basis. So far, so good. The package I signed up for seems to be a good option for my family. I like the fact it can be adjusted or opted out of at any time. Seems like a great way to keep from running out of ink at the most inopportune times.

I'm happy to know that I can get ink this way. Before I got my new printer, I had bought ink for my old printer, and the printer crashed leaving me with ink I couldn't use. So when I got my new printer, I liked this idea of them detecting when your ink is low and sending you new ink cartridges, with 3 good plans to choose from.

It hard to rate ink as I have not gotten any yet, it has not been that long to require ink.

love the plan get more when I need. and less when I dont. great on roll overs. Printers lets HP know when Im running out and sends more automatically... You can email photos too.. got one for my grandaughter in Florida too.. she loves it.

I wasn't familiar with this program until I bought my new printer and I was hesitant to get involved with a "subscription" service, but honestly, this is a money saver! We don't print that often, but this program is even cheaper than buying one set of cartridges per year. I love it!

The absolute best way to insure that you will always have ink without worrying about it. With this program it automatically knows when you are law and mail you one right away it's affordable and I love it

So far I am pleased with the program as you can bank pages and change your subscription as your needs change. I am hoping to use this for Christmas card photos and letters. As of now, I have only done a little basic printing, but I love the idea of printing with abandon!

I love this new way of getting Genuine HP Ink - now I don't have to buy ink just because it has dried out. The convenience of paying under $3.00 for all the ink I need is great. I wish they had started this program a long time ago.

It’s very frustrating when you run out of ink. When you have this plan you will never run out of ink. Just select the plan that’s best for you and viola you will get fresh cartridges mailed to you b4 you run out.

I like this program, as I don't ever have to worry about having enough ink. Before this, I was always buying ink for my printer. Now I just pay a small fee every month and don't ever have to worry about running out of ink.

The instant ink plan was easy to set up and has been working smoothly.

So far it looks like we are saving money on ink replacement. We received our first ink a few days after we signed up. One thing for sure I do not have to think about getting new ink cartridges. Also I never have to worry about the budget when it comes to getting more ink, because the monthly amount is affordable.

I love being on Instant Ink and not having to worry about my ink usage. However, I don't know about anyone else but I had a heck of a time trying to hook this up. But now that its all hooked up i love it

Excellent program, do not need to worry about ink at all, levels automatically monitored and refills sent.

Joined a few weeks ago, received my first set of cartridges and replaced the ones that needed it, so far so good, signed up for a monthly page use of 300 that cost $10 a month, have no worries running out of ink as new cartridges are mailed as needed.

This is a new process where they send you ink when they see you are running out. I love it! No more going to the store to buy ink. I did have to upgrade because I was using the printer more than I thought I would be but it was very easy to change from 2.99 plan to 4.99

I purchased a subscription with a new printer. The offer was two months free ink. True to their word, HP sent the first replacement inks within a couple weeks of registering. If the internet communication works, this should save me lots over the course of a year.
