I had no idea how many copies/prints I was using each month. It let me know when I came close to my limit and sent me ink refills before I actually ran out. It's a very convenient program.

Always received new ink cartridge before supply exhausted. It is convenient and saves money. This is the second printer I am using HP Instant Ink.

Ink works fine. The price could be better. By the time you fill up the ink with new cartridges it cost more than the printer.

I have no complaints whatsoever with this monthly plan. I got it the same time I got my printer, barely a month old and I have already gotten my first set of replacement ink! love it!

The Instant Ink is a Time-saver. I can purchase the card when I run low on pages and can use the card instead of my credit card

I started with the 50 ppm plan. But with the free 3 months, I figured I could evaluate my usage and adjust my plan accordingly. This I've done, so now I pay $5 each month and the ink arrives before I need it.

This is a great program for people that do not print tons each month. For the two of us, this program works. It monitors the ink levels and sends ink automatically. So easy, nothing I have to do.

Bought a new printer and then got the first cartridges for it. These should be the last cartridges I buy for this printer as HP is giving ink for life with minimums on printing.

This is a great plan, I make copies and when the printer is low on ink the company sends me replacements before the ink runs out. I haven't had to buy replacement once this year and I save a lot of money.

I've already received an ink shipment. I'm not sure how much I'll use this ink program as I don't print out very much stuff at all. So, I can't really comment on it's usefulness on my account anyway.

I enjoy the quality of the ink and the duration of uses before having to replace. I opted in the replacement program and never have to worry about ink running low again!

I like not having to run to the store in the middle of a project to get ink. Great Idea . Easy to get started if you didn't get signed up for some online printing service. They are trying to fix this glitch.

I love, love, love that I NEVER run out of ink!! And that is is delivered to me! Te $2.99 monthly plan allows me to print 50 pages. If I see that I need to print more I can upgrade to the $4.99 plan

It's a "no brainer" plan that HP has for their printer owners. The minimum $2.99 a month plan will cost $36.00 a year and will supply me with more ink cartridges than I'll probably need.
