Initially I was hesitant to get this plan. They alert me when I'm approaching my agreed upon monthly sheets to print limit. This gives me opportunity to increase or decrease my monthly limit. I did not have to request the replacement cartidges. They were sent timely. This is great. With my previous printer I was ordering the different color cartidges at different times because one color would expire before others. That was more costly.

My first supply of ink cartridges came soon after I sent in the request!! It's a pleasure to know that I will never run out of ink!! A great value!!!

This is a great deal and money saver if you print a lot! Not so much if only minimal printing each month though.

I bought a HP printer just because of the instant ink program. It's much cheaper than going to the store and purchasing those high priced cartridges. This is not to mention the inconvenience of running out of ink and then having to go to the store when you get around to it to be able to use your printer again. The instant ink never runs out as they monitor your use and send you a super sized set of new ink cartridges that lasts many times longer than the ones in the stores. By the way, I love the printer as well.

Money saving! Uncomplicated to take advantage of. I'm happy with the program. Four stars because I've just started using instant ink.

If you own a printer HP instant ink is a must-have will not believe the savings on the ink and the ink is great nice color last long time

We have not yet tried it because our usage is too low. However it represents a good value for those who have greater use for their printer.

The cost of ink has been lowered. Ink is shipped as I need it. The printer reports to HP and the ink is sent. Very easy service. No hassles.

Love the anticipated savings! I usually spend an average $350-400 on ink (for three computers) a year. This service should drastically cut costs.

Is a real good value if you use a lot of ink, but if you don't then you would be wasting your money

I don't print a lot so I'm in a budget...like the fact that once the printer runs out of ink they will send you one before you need it for replacement.

Using this ink program can be confusing especially for people who have never used it before. It is best just to go out and buy your own ink.
