Ink works great and the colors was very vibrant and cool.

This is a big TIME ( time, Ink, Money, Energy ) saver for me. On top of that, first 2 months subscription is FREE ( 40$ worth, if you opt for 700 pages per month ). Setup once and forget about this, everything - checking ink status, ordering ink automatically, keep track of printing habit and count and many more. This service is must have for Printer Owner.

This is a very convenient option because I don't have to worry about running out of ink.

I love the idea of this service and wish I printed way more than I do to justify a monthly fee. I have two teens and figured between the three of us we'd be printing a lot, but that hasn't been the case. But it was pretty nice to have ink just show up on my doorstep when needed.

Easy to enroll. Received ink cartridges quickly. Just changed out the first ink cartridge which seem to go fast.

I like the fact that they let you know if your about to exceed your limit. I signed up for 50 pages a month. they let me know when I was close to using my maximum and gave me the option of upgrading to 100 pages a month instead of charging me for being over my 50 page limit. I realized you have to keep your printer on sleep mode and connected to the internet so they can detect when your low on ink.

I like how I can get ink through the mail and am not charged until I put it in my printer.

This add-on service is very handy and has taken the guess work out of needing to buy ink!

When my last non-HP printer failed, it left me with new un-used ink cartridges that I had bough ahead of time as I do not like running out of ink. With my new HP printer and the HP Connected Ink program, this will never happen again! I just received my first email notification that new cartridges are on their way, ahead of me running out. This program is DEFINITELY worth it!

This is a wonder product, it was way easy to set up delivery.

While it may not be "instant ink" as in refilling itself if it runs out, it does automatically reorder ink after printing so many pages (depends on plan). I printed quite a number of pages the first night I set it up. Within about 4 days, I found a package on my front porch. In it was another complete set of cartridges. Those are still boxed up as I haven't used up the first set of cartridges yet.

I am so pleased with this new black ink for the new printer.

This automatic replacement of ink is convenient and we have really found it to be cheaper.

Ink is deliverd before I even run out just the right amount it's affordable and convenient

Being that I would need time to actually see how this all pans out, I can only give it 3 stars. I did however, get my backup cartridges quickly so that’s great that I’m ready for that evening when I have a report to print and don’t have to worry about being out of ink.
