OK service... but then sometimes not so much...

They know when you are running low and automatically ship you new cartridges... and provide a return envelope for the empty ones. You'll need to experiment with your usage though. One bad thing... IF for some reason you don't pay the monthly fee... ie credit card expires or you get it replaced for some reason, they shut down your ability to print until you provide a new one. This sucks as it seems to happen at the least convenient time.
