As long as I hold my printing down to 15 pages a month it stays free. And, if it goes over a few times it is a few dollars- not the $80 I usually spend on cartridge replacement about every 6 months.

I like that the pages roll over if not used. They seem to ship the ink at the right times so I never run out. My use varies, and I will probably downgrade my service plan to a lesser page count after my last child goes off to college and we don't print as much. It will save me money.
