    You are trapped into one ink sources but so far that has not been a problem UNLESS you get locked out of your account. That will end you supply line. However the support phone number leads to helpful people who can get you back in business. I no longer have to shop for price and size etc. It just comes int he mailbox.

    Love this service. It's very useful and eliminates the need to keep re ordering cartridges. The only thing I don't like is the unused pages don't rollover past 30 days. The first few months I wasted a lot of pages that didn't rollover. Very useful of printing pictures/ invitations/ color images etc that use a lot of ink.

    Instant ink allows you to choose a delivery plan that fits your needs based on pages printed, not the amount of ink used. It doesn't matter if its black or color and this can be very cost effective when printing photos. I happily choose 50 pages at $2.99 month. There are two other cost effective levels plus one for free!! You choose

    I was going to use Instant Ink anyway so having a $5.00 Instant Ink card to save $5.00 was redundant - since I paid $5.00 for it. It would have been easier NOT to have it since I had to go into Instant Ink and enter the extremely long serial number on the back.
