Great service It reliefs the frustration of printing work and having to run out to get ink because you forgot... this keeps track of print and ink refill are done so you don't get stuck in the middle of printing. Great package prices depending on your use, Love It

I signed up on the plan to receive ink cartridges in the mail. I love how you can keep track of pages printed on their website. Very convenient & I don’t need to worry about running out of ink as the printer relays the info automatically after setting it up via the internet.

It is what is. sends ink before you need it, but I don't print enough to make it worthwhile.If you don't print much remember where you put the cartridge because it came so early I almost forgot where it was.

I was amazed at how quickly I received it. I just ordered maybe a hour two the most before it came to my house. The printer w I 'll be delivered on Monday and free shipping. Also 40.00 dollars cheaper then the place I normally shop. Very pleased!

This is a great program. Great value and ease of use.

Wasn't sure at first if this was necessary. Now I'm glad to have it. They bill me monthly and notify amount of usage. Simple; they send ink when needed. No running out to store. Cartridge seem to last longer.

To be honest, I have yet to utilize this and just barely signed up.

I like this feature. At first, I didn't believe it because it sounded too good to be true. I got my free kit set after I subscribed, and my ink cartridge is still half full. HP should advertise this feature more often on TV and online. I didn't know about it until an agent told me and explained it.

It is nice to know that I will never run out of ink.

I like the idea of ink being shipped as you need it.

Much easier than buying cartridges all the time and the ink is shipped to the house when you need it. It is easy to change the plan you are on depending on how much you print if you are on a slow period of printing or during a large month.

I am trying this out to see if this program is a savings for me. I was concerned when they sent me the first months shipment as I did not need ink at that time. I don’t know yet whether I would recommend this. So it would be impossible to gauge the last 3 questions

I like the idea of the Instant Ink subscription and the recycling aspect. Still in the infancy phase. Have only had the printer for a couple of weeks. My guess is this will be a great decision.

I gave 4 stars rather than 5 only because I haven't had the printer long enough to give much of a review. I am excited that I won't have to worry about running out of ink in the middle of a document or worse yet, printing a color picture of one of my grandchildren.

This extra ink is a great bargain. The way the set up is when the computer starts to get low, the program is to reload for a little. The price of ink for most printers is unreal. I appreciate the extra ink, won't run dry for a while

So far so good. Love the idea of getting ink when needed, and not running out. It was extremely easy to set up and this card did pay for my first 2 months. Have had my first order arrive - perfect timing and very happy so far
