So far the service is great and convenient, my device came with 6 months free but I will probably continue once the trail ends.

I got my first package in the mail, and it was very convenient. No hassle of going into a store and trying to find the ink. Straight to your house whenever you're running low.

So far I love the HP Instant Ink program. It's easy to purchase the prepaid cards and then load them to my Unstant Ink account.

Face facts....all of us are busy and this automatic program to send you cartridges saves you the time to run and get a new cartridge because you are out. I wish they had a program with a higher page count, to be honest!

Registering for the program was fast and easy. Getting a free month added on was nice. Great way to get ink delivered without having to shop for it.

Very pleased with this ink replacement plan. The system monitors your ink consumption very accurately, and when you’re running low, replacement ink is on the way.

My machine is great for me I hooked it up myself (which is a miracle) just wish i could have gotten all the things that go with it

Printer does not have Ethernet connection. I'm a teacher so I bought it for my classroom. I could use it for that reason. Even though it's wireless at my campus I have to use an Ethernet cord

Great service- you pay for how many pages you think you’ll print a month- and your printer connects through WiFi to keep HP up to date and automatically send new ink just before you need it!

I typically try to manage how much ink I'm using. I hate to run out and I don't like to stock-pile it. So far I've not had a problem with supply. The only potential down side will be that I'm printing more than normal.

I think it's a clever way to get people to purchase more ink from HP and it's one more "Big Brother" looking over your shoulder.

I feel like this service is a scam. Luckily the geek squad warned me about this service before signing up for it. They pressure you to join, but fail to mention your ink wont work unless you’re subscribed. So your doomed if you cancel.

Wish they would of come out with this way back as always frustrated with buying ink refills,I Ben use to refill my own cartridges but found this to be economical and a lot less messy

I have a very busy household and appreciate when one more thing to accomplish is taken off my plate. Automatic shipments of printer ink suited for my business needs is perfect!

Because of covid19 I haven’t used my printer a lot since I needed it for work stuff and Im not working right now so I don’t use that many ink (yet) and I already have my refill.

I just started on the instant ink with my new printer. I received the first ink and installed it. The concept is great, I haven't had it long enough to know how good it will be but after another ink exchange I will update on how it performs.

Excellent printer, lite weight and easy on space. A lot quieter than the model i had before. print jobs are smooth and quick. love it.

I am so glad I got this instant refill ink plan!! I never have to remember the cartridge numbers or forgetting to pick up ink at the store! It automatically comes to me when I am low on ink. LOVE IT!
