would not sign up to do this ever again. needed to update my credit card. I decided I would just drop out. They disabled my printer. Took forever to figure out.

I have not had the plan too long but so far it has been efficient and cost effective. They replace the cartridges automatically way before you need them.

It's an awesome idea, however it was a little confusing in wether it was going to work on my printer. I called the 1-800 number on it and they were able to clear that up and I finished the install but now after printing and replacing the first set of cartridges it kicked me off saying I'm no longer registered. Gotta work on it and call HP back and hopefully figure it out. But like I said, awesome idea and worth it when it works :)

Nice addition to the purchase of an HP product. Not a huge fan of the Instant Ink program, but you never need to go anywhere for ink.

Must buy, I like the prepay service by HP. I would say piece of mind with the option of rollover if not used that month.

Great for when I forget to get ink. It supplies in a timely manner when I need it based on how much I print each month

This ink is clear & concise! I Have had zero issues with the ink or the new ink system. This is a clever & an extremely well thought out idea by hp! Great job by the staff!

I hate going to the store trying to find the right ink and paying so much for them. It keeps track of my ink and send me what I need.

Best toner savings program. Removes over spending for toner. Automatic ordering based on your usage. Love it!!!

It's a good value for some people but we did not use the prepaid card.

I recommend the instant ink! I didn’t do the monthly plan because a I don’t print much-but if I did, I would do the replacement Plan.

With my old printer, I was always running out of ink, and none would be in stock. Now I don’t have to worry about running out

Initially I was a little confused due to the printer I was using. However, after reading the instructions, it was pretty easy.

The colors are well blending giving quality work. Also pictures quality for my class work is very nice. I ll definitely go for the same product

I love this plan. I never ran out and there was a plan that met my specific need. I didn't have to purchase a plan with features I didn't need.

Prefer to purchase ink when I need it and not opt in to HP auto supply program. Received this free with printer purchase.

unless you use the same number of sheets every month and it fits their model, it doesn't make sense.

The,only problem is no one told us that you only get ink when yours,runs out. Not monthly. So you actually are paying to use your printer.

This plan is the best thing to use rather than buying ink when you need it. HP automatically sends you the ink according to how much you print, the prices are great.

'Just replaced my first cartridge so the jury is still out as to whether this system is cost-effective or not. We shall see...........
