I purchased this product thinking it would be so much easier, and when I needed ink, it would be sent instead of having to go to the store. Todate, I have been unable to get the enrollment card updated so I can use it. I just bought a new printer, and that was a bit of a disaster to get it to work, contrary to what the salesman told me when I purchased both items, so I still am unable to get it installed and Best buy wanted $199.00 more to send out the squad to fix the issue. My printer was just over $110.00 , so why would I spend nearly 200 more. Very disappointed in Best Buys tactics, I continue to tell my friends and any one else who will listen.

Appreciate Best Buy and the manufactures throwing this into the sale. But $5, is immaterial benefit compared to the full price cost of HP toner. Other sources are cheaper. This is not enough benefit to influence my purchase. Bought the printer anyway due to the specs. Thanks

Just signed up for the Free monthly hp instant ink plan - I hope I never have to buy ink again.

I learned about this program at Best Buy when I purchased a printer. I don't do a lot of printing but for the monthly fee made sense for me.

I just bought the package along with my printer. A week after, they sent me a new ink cartridge already. I’m pleased with the service.

Been using it and it's awesome great plan and I can print out 50 pages per month and reliable to have ink delivered

Love the pre-paid/auto ship ink! one less thing to keep track of in my office!

Card is great value, can be used for ink subscription, better than printing with self-purchased ink

I can't believe that I didn't know about this service before now. This is the way to purchase ink for any HP printer. Highly recommend.

Great product but high price but we still need to get it due to the printer needs to be use.

No more running to the store after ink runs out....It so wonderful to have it delivered to your door before you need it and at such a low price

I don't print much so this program basically allows me to pay one low monthly flat rate, and only pay more if my printing production increases.
