Not what I wanted

It was for a new account. I already had an account and was wanting to add funds to it without having to use my credit card. I was able to resolve this problem through HP support. Overall, I do not have any complaint about the instant ink program HP offers.

Good value if you understand limitations

I did sign up since the price would be less than purchasing but don’t like the fact that if you run over the amount of prints you signed up for, you are charged substantially. I will try for a while and see if it’s worth it. You can cancel at any time.
