    We've had to go out an buy ink twice because the printer said it was out and we hadn't received any in the mail. The first time was a false alarm, but we couldn't tell that until we got HP help desk on the phone, which wasn't easy. The second time we were in fact out, and we hadn't received any supply. Wish it worked as advertised...

    Program works for me as usually for get to buy ink when it get low cost is reasonable and I always have ink
