charge per print

The ink itself is quite expensive and doesn't last long, and paying for the monthly plan is quite costly as well since the ink doesn't last long.

Not the flawless experience I'd expected

The first time was a false alarm, but we couldn't tell that until we got HP help desk on the phone, which wasn't easy. The second time we were in fact out, and we hadn't received any supply. Wish it worked as advertised...
