After wasting countless hours, days, we'll lest me think! I purchased this printer roughly 2 months ago, I can't get it to hook to my wifi via my mobile device nor the free insta ink offer that was an free ad on to my Hp deskjet 3630. I can't get the instant ink to hook to the HP printer for the life of me! With? It's ridiculous! They should tell you the directions in chronological order. Period point blank! I am very displeased with Best buy at point! The whole experience was to be expected, up until I tried to connect the instant ink!

It has been a hit a miss. I needed a cartridge and wound up going to the store to buy one. The only one I have ever received was from my initial set up.
