Be Aware, this item is only good if you plan on having your printer connected to the internet ! Otherwise, copy ran are not monitored thus you are just having ink randomly sent you which is marketing strategy ! Just saying, buyer beware !

The 50-Page Plan is great for my personal and business use.

I don’t like the options available. Because of the current situation of being stuck at home, yes having your toner shipped to you before you run out is so convenient. However, I don’t have a set idea of how many pages I’ll need to print each month. What if I only print 1 page this month and 60 pages next month? Why do I want to be charged $1.00 per page for going over my plan? What about rollover pages? Or just charge me what when I need toners? So lame. I’ll be happy to stock up on my own toner and s service.

Good price if you arnt going to be printing alot. Very affordable.

Shame on me for not reading the details of this plan. But I was ambushed by a smooth talking HP representative when I went to buy a Canon printer. I approached a Best Buy employee to ask some questions, but this guy came out of nowhere and took over and the Best Buy employee never said another word. I told him that I had other HPs and were tired of buying the expensive ink. So he sold me on this too good to be true plan, where somehow they tracked when I was running low on ink and would send me replacements before I ran out, all for one low monthly fee. That fee, times 12 months sounded like a pretty good deal for annual ink costs!! I should've known. After a couple of weeks, I got an email that I had exceeded my allowable number of pages and would be charged $1 per page for the remainder of my month. ???!!! Why would I pay to print pages on my own home printer?! I was furious as this was NEVER of course explained. Obviously, I’m cancelling this plan. But now, Im stuck with yet another HP printer, and exorbitant ink prices. I always shopped at Best Buy because they had employees who were knowledgeable and could answer all of your questions as well as recommend the best product for you. I trusted that. Well, those days are gone, obviously, and so are the days when I shop at Best Buy.
