    It arrived late so we already had to set-up the Instant Ink account. We're still trying to get the credit to our account. If we can't we'll be Dumping Instant Ink!

    Waste of money. I would not receive the cartridges before they ran out of ink and would have to go to the store to buy cartridges. Cost me more. Plus, when I cancelled, they charged for an additional month. I have to now dispute the charge.

    Still haven't finished set up and I purchased about a month ago. All I wanted was a year pre-paid and it asks for other payment methods. I don't want ink sent beyond what I pre-paid for but it appears that isn't an option. I wouldn't recommend this to a casual user.

    I haven’t tried this yet but am planning on it very soon since I don’t want to deal with the hassle of being out of toner and having to run to the store to buy more. Hoping it comes in handy
