Could not get the activation code to work when I was using my phone. Need to get ahold of customer service to see how to get the code to work so I get a few more months.

I thought this product was a great idea- automatically get ink mailed to you when it gets low. However, there is a catch- you need to know how much printing you do in a month. For me there are some months that I do minimal printing (I purchased the 50 sheets per month) then other months where I am way over that- causing an addition fee per page. When I tried to cancel it, it states that your ink that you currently have will not work once it's cancelled. I have since purchased ink and once it comes in I will cancel this service.

The ink is readily available at the store or online. The automatic shipping requires putting a credit card on file with the service.

Unknown Brought for brother. Not sure he even used it. Brought him a printer and he couldnt get it set up so he put it in the trash without telling me. Sorry cant give you info

i purchased the instant ink, and could not use it. i spent hours with support trying many codes to activate this card, to no success, i purchased this and can not use it.

This ink service is good! However, you need to make sure your printer stays connected at all times. If your printer is not connected to the internet, hp will not be able to keep track of how much ink is left in your printer.

I purchased this with my printer. During the on-line registration, I was given the choice of using this certificate or getting 3 months of free service. I selected the free service, hoping there would be a way to activate the certificate later, but found no way to do so. I gave this 2 stars because of 1 because I contacted HP's on-line support and they were able to activate certificate for me. I'm also not sure if I'll keep the ink service because they count pages, not the amount of ink used so if you print a lot of pages that don't use much ink, this service can get very expensive.

I really like this idea but I am actually not sure if I actually am using this program. I tried to sign up but never received a confirmation. I will eventually find out when a bottle of ink knocks on my door.

We purchased this when we got our printer but have yet to receive any ink. Have been charged but still no ink shipped. They said the printer needs to be linked to the computer.

The "Instant Ink" service from HP works best for the price if you print 50 pages per month or more. It makes the ink a more affordable commodity, but for a home-user like me, it tends to encourage waste of paper.

I think the ink refill program is just a great idea

Printer was purchased for a friend. He has a hard time trying to keep the printer connected on line and has to do a set up every time. Time consuming having to reset the printer. He uses it for his business,

The ink that comes with and the ink they send you when you sign up for their instant ink I've yet to determine if it will be any different the ink that comes with didn't last very long.

This came as an extra in a printer bundle that I purchased from BB. I a have not signed up to use it yet since it is a monthly automatic charge, which i am nervous about.

The printing system worked fine for two weeks. In the middle of an important project, system stopped working and said I could not print unless I am a member! I AM A MEMBER!!! A member who cannot waist time with a program that will occasionally kick me off! This is beyond frustrating. I could not finish my work project in a timely manner. Embarrassing. Now I must take my time to work around the system. I attempted to sign-in with my password, no luck. Of course, no one is manning the phones.

I was told by the BB salesman (Asst. Mgr.) this would work on my printer; however, it doesn't, even though my printer is one year old. Had to return. Wasted time and gas!

To me this is a waste of money. I guess if you have a heavy workload then this product might work out well fir you. Other it's just a way for HP to get more money out of its customers.

This feature for printers does not tell you that your cartridges get encoded with a security feature; you can't use the cartridges an any other printer once you install them!

THIS SEEMED LIKE A GREAT DEAL UNTIL WE LEFT OUR WINTER HOME AND WENT TO OUR SHORE HOME. AFTER GETTING A COUPLE OF STATEMENTS FROM OUR CREDIT ACCOUNT, I REALIZED I WAS PAYING FOR SOMETHING I COULD NOT USE.
