High cost and big hassle! Waste of your money.

Sometimes would get new cartridges before the first was done and overcharged because it counted pages printed vs just paying for the cartridge itself... other times we would be without ink waiting on a new cartridge ro be shipped. Ultimately a hassle that cost far more than just replacing your own ink cartridge when necessary. I would never recommend this.

Ink, program not for me

We still got one shipment, which was rather interesting since it came within a couple of weeks of our printer purchase.

Didn’t care for it.

You pay a monthly fee and it’s a pain in the butt when you need ink. Once you decide you don’t want this service and cancel, you have to take thief ink out and go to the store and purchase ink.

Worse Than The Printer It Works With

I do not print that much, but I have only received ink one time in more than a year. If I have to be a part of this program to own an HP printer, I am finished buying HP printers. Even the printer isn't that good. It's tightly tied to HP's own app and hard to use otherwise. I would not recommend subscribing to the instant ink program.

Not the best option

Any money that may be saved on the print cartridges is offset by the extra charges for printing more than your allotted pages
